We take pride and joy in everything we do here at Frequent Flyer Originals. And because of this, we are confident that you will love every item you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See returns below.

Methods of Payment

Frequent Flyer Originals accepts transactions through our secure network. American Express, Visa or MasterCard will likely earn you just a few more miles and/or points.

Please note:  Your credit card statement will list Milepoint as the store from which you purchased.

Shipping and Handling

All packages are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail with the FLAT RATE of $5.00 no matter what size the order.

Gifts

If your order is to be shipped to a gift recipient, please let me know this. We are happy to include a free gift card with your personalized message at your request. Please email separately or use the Comments box at checkout.

Processing Your Order

We are committed to shipping orders quickly, and currently ship daily. Priority Mail shipping generally takes 2-3 days, and we are located in Colorado. We will notify you if there is a delay for any reason. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items.

Returns and Exchanges

All your purchases are backed by our satisfaction guaranteed policy. If, however, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, and fully resaleable condition.

NOTE: In order to ensure that your return is processed, BEFORE YOU RETURN A PACKAGE, please call or email and let us know your package is being sent. Please return item in its original condition to receive a full refund less shipping charges. (Defective merchandise includes shipping and handling reimbursement). Please be sure to include a note specifying whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund.
